All BRF athletes were in competition today at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
Gevvie Stone (with Kristi Wagner) got off to a slow start, but stormed through the field to finish 2 seconds behind New Zealand. The crew will next race in the semifinals on Saturday at 11:30pm EST.
Alie Rusher and Cicely Madden (with Meghan O’Leary and Ellen Tomek) raced in the women’s quad. The crew finished 5th in their heat and will next race in a repechage on Saturday at 9:50PM EST for a place in the A Final.
